Mounting and installation of PCS 100 broken tool detector
Fabrication of a bracket is required to mount the broken tool detector. The best location is one that axes can be moved in Z depth in which all tools may be programmed for different lengths if needed. If only one tool needs to be checked a permanent mount may also be done outside of the work envelope in the magazine or tool change area.
